Depression

The Depression clinical research study is an up to 13 week study evaluating the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication as an add-on medication to current antidepressant treatment compared with placebo (a medically inactive substance that looks like the study drug, but does not contain study treatment) in the treatment of depression in adults.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

  • have diagnosis of depression
  • are at least 18 and no more than 65 years of age
  • have had an inadequate response to antidepressant therapy in your current depressive episode
